The generous work area, measuring 23.86" x 20.50", provides ample space for cooking a variety of dishes. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Featuring independent thermostatic controls and adjustable stainless steel legs, it offers flexibility and convenience in operation. The griddle comes with a heavy-duty 1” thick polished steel griddle plate and a full-length seamless drip pan, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
