The Hoshizaki KM-81BAK is a 17 3/4" air-cooled crescent cube ice machine that produces up to 98 lb. of ice per 24 hours and includes 38 lb. of built-in ice storage. Its compact undercounter footprint slides beneath standard counters, making it a natural fit for bars, cafés, juice shops, and restaurants that need dependable ice production close to the point of service. The EverCheck alert system, and Hoshizaki’s energy-saving CycleSaver design add sanitation, easier maintenance, and lower operating costs. Runs on 115V power using R-290 refrigerant.
